Inspiring Artists
I have watched otherartists on YouTube videos while they create their art, and it is always
interesting to see how other artists work. I was inspired by Andrea Gomoll’s February
challenge of creating faces this month, as I worked in my sketchbook. I also
watched how Donna Downey and Christy Tomlinson create and was inspired with
the flowers and drip-age in the mixed media work.
I know I have my own style but watching other
artists’ work can give ideas on how to use new media, or what I can be done
with the holes in an old slotted spatula.
