Imagine Bee Studio, LLC’s website is hosted on the GoDaddy.com/ BlueHost.com platform. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through GoDaddy.com or BlueHost.com data storage, databases. They store your data on secure servers behind a secure firewall.
We will not share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The use of information collected through our sites shall be limited to the purposes under this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service to customers. Imagine Bee Studio in conjunction with webhost, reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy on the website at any time without notice. Use of any personal information or contribution that you provide to us or is collected by us on or through our website or its content is governed by this Privacy Policy.

All direct payment gateways, including Square and PayPal, offered by Imaginebeestudio.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Square and PayPal processing of credit card payments have their own privacy policy and their site is under such policy.
Targeted Social Media Advertisements
We may use the data you provide to us to run social media advertisements and / or create look-alike audiences for advertisements.


Share with Third Parties
We may share your information with trusted third parties such as our newsletter provider in order to contact you via email, our merchant accounts to process payments, and Google / social media accounts in order to run advertisements and our affiliates.

Imagine Bee Studio endeavors to handle all enquiries and fulfil all orders promptly, effectively and without incident, it is not possible to guarantee there will never be a problem. Terms & Conditions of Product Sales

Product Sales Information

  This is the small print of the contract that you enter into with Imagine Bee Studio & Shop when you enter or buy through our website. Customer Service and Support is available by email [email protected].

General
Any order for products placed by you, the buyer, through our website shall be subject to these terms and conditions. Nothing stated or implied in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any customer.

Your Warranty to us
You, the buyer, warrant that all the details provided on the order form for purchasing the products are correct, that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds and /or sufficient unused limit available to cover the cost of the products.

Our Warranty to you
The details supplied by you will be stored on a safe computer and used only by Imagine Bee Studio to service your purchase. We may also use your contact details to provide details of future events: company newsletters and other information relating to the sale of our art products and the upcoming workshops. You can choose whether you want to receive further information by clearing a tick box on the registration form. You can return to the site and change the state of this box at any time. We will also honor any requests to remove your details from our database. Your security and privacy are our priority; it is not our policy to disclose your e-mail address or details to any third parties other than sending details of events through Mailchimp; our email newsletter provider.

Product Orders
All orders for products shall be deemed to be an offer to purchase the products in accordance with these terms and conditions. Please note that colors in listings may appear differently depending on the type of computer monitor they are viewed on. Stationary set is boxed in an easy, eco-friendly package to see the card image, and packaged again for shipment. Originals and prints will be shipped in flat packaging unless in downloadable format.

*Shipping Address: Your order will be mailed to the address you provide in the order prior to shipment. It is your responsibility to make sure you enter the correct shipping address. Please double check your address to make sure it is correct. Imagine Bee Studio is not held responsible if you enter the wrong shipping address. We have no way of knowing if a shipping address is correct or incorrect. If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the item to be re-shipped. We are not obligated to accept an order unless all requested details on the order form have been entered in full.

Orders
All orders placed on the Internet will have a confirmation via e-mail or onscreen number for the transaction. However, if we are unable to fulfil the order due to items being out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone within 5 business days and the transaction may be cancelled or agree to alternative arrangements with you. No order submitted by you shall be deemed accepted by us until we confirm acceptance of your order by order #, e-mail or telephone.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you and will not be required to provide an explanation. Any order for person(s) with outstanding balance will not be filled until the previous balance has been paid in full.

Pricing / Payment
All products/services offered for sale through our website are priced in US dollars ($). Orders from outside the US and the territories are required to pay the customs and import duties, which are not included in pricing. The customer is responsible for payment of any surcharges.  We do accept payment by cash, only in the local area (please do not mail cash). We also accept the following credit/debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  If you prefer, you may also supply us with your credit card information by telephone to 1.603.287.1856.
Product Prices do not include postage and packing which is charged as an additional % fee on all acceptable orders shipped. If an order is received by us from an area not normally served by our Carriers, we will contact you before accepting your order for specific arrangements to be made.  Due to fluctuating market values, especially on original artworks, all prices are subject to change but will not affect your order after it is accepted. Prices quoted are for unframed prints unless otherwise stated. Pillows, T-shirts, and tote bags are on demand printing, please allow additional 2 weeks for printing.

Prices quoted for workshop instruction is for the instructor and course cost; there may be required additional items to use in the workshop. Please watch your email after signup and payment has been processed for information. Supplies and information will be included in workshop email, what is included and the optional items to bring.
